Insurance

Glo-Ed offers travel insurance across all our trips. Our European short haul travel insurance that we include as standard for UK schools is provided by Fogg travel insurance, and Key Facts are provided at booking enquiry stage to make the decision as to whether you wish include it or not as clear as possible.

For our international schools, and for UK groups travelling further afield than Europe, or on more adventurous itineraries, we have partnered with World Nomads for your insurance needs. This can be obtained below, or you can contact us should you need any assistance with a group quote.

Should you wish to not include our travel insurance on one of our trips, that’s fine, we just need to see a copy of your own travel insurance as it is a condition of travel that sufficient travel insurance is obtained across all our tours & trips.

Visas

As stated in our terms & conditions, Glo-Ed cannot offer visa advice, nor does it arrange visas for its travellers. Visas are the responsibility of the traveller, or parent of the traveller if under 18. We have partnered with the Visa Machine to offer a simpler way for you to check, however we still advise you check with your foreign office of the country to which your passport belongs (see below for UK & US links). Incorrect entry requirements can lead to refusal to travel and a loss of holiday with no refunds, so please, please check and make the necessary arrangements!

Travel Advice

We are unable to make decisions for you or give advice one whether you should travel to a given destination at any given time. For comprehensive advice on a country’s entry requirements, visas, safety, health information and more, we recommend you check with your country’s foreign office. Below we have listed the UK & US government official websites:

USA: travel.state.gov
