Global Educational Travel Ltd is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ‘The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations’, all passengers booking with Global Educational Travel Ltd (t/a Glo-Ed) are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Global Educational Travel Ltd. This insurance has been arranged by The Travel Vault in conjunction with Towergate Travel through Zurich Insurance PLC.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. All tours and programmes arranged by us will automatically include our travel insurance with Fogg Travel Services unless otherwise stated. This is based on past experience and is much better to be fully prepared in our experience. Should you wish to remove this, please consult us, send us proof of your own travel insurance, and then we should be glad to return the difference to you. Upon verbal acceptance of a Glo-Ed quote (before any monies have been paid), we will issue you with a provisional booking e-pack, which will contain our insurance key facts for you to consider. You will then have until deposits are due to decide if you would like to keep the insurance or provide your own.


If you or any members of your party have any disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to make your holiday go as smoothly as possible. We must therefore insist that you contact our office on +44 (0) 1865 900501 before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you choose.
